Brisant-Secure are about making products that are easy for locksmiths to sell locks and door installers to sell doors. We spend a lot of time developing new ways to make this happen and creating ways for our customers to present why their product is better. We’re always hearing customers tell us how they’ve used something we offer in a new way or with a new type of customer or with a new message or just using what we gave them and love how it looks/works.
So we have set up a trade Facebook group for those who install our products to be informed/inspired about new initiatives and to see how others are using them. This page is itself yet another way for us to help our locksmith and door installer customers see how they can use Brisant products to sell more locks and doors.
The group is called ‘Brisant. Secure Installers.’ and is being moderated collectively by our field based team, so feel free to throw in general tech questions but specific customer service questions won’t be picked up so continue to email support@brisant-secure.com or call 01924 410200.
